Harlem Globetrotter Hits Incredible Trick Shot From 583 Feet Up!

Harlem Globetrotter Buckets Blakes went 58 stories high on the Tower of the Americas in San Antonio, Texas to make an unbelievable trick shot. This was done in honor of the first annual World Trick Shot Day.

In case you’re wondering, World Trick Shot Day is a day invented by the Globetrotters and is observed on the first Tuesday of every December. Buckets Blakes hit his own incredible shot, but anyone can partake by recording a video of a trick shot and posting it on social media with the hashtag, #WorldTrickShotDay.

The Harlem Globetrotters are then going to watch all of the videos submitted by users on social media and give away free tickets to their 2017 World Tour to those who come up with the most difficult and creative shots.

The Harlem Globetrotters were first created in 1926 and have been entertaining the world with insane basketball artistry ever since.

They recently added a 4-point line, an innovation that is the first of its kind.

The shot that Buckets Blakes hits in the video makes it “The Highest Shot Ever Made In North America: 583 feet, 8 inches.”
